Bosch Buderus Stainless Steel Boilers

Global Protankless Supply is now carrying the Bosch Buderus Stainless Steel Boilers (SSB).  These residential stainless steel Buderus boilers come in three different sizes ranging in BTU sizes of 85K BTU, 120K BTU and 160K BTU.

The three residential Bosch Buderus Stainless Steel Gas-Fired, Floor-Standing Condensing Boilers (SSBs) are designed with the same high-quality components found in our commercial stainless steel boilers, but in a compact space-saving design. All of the residential Bosch Buderus stainless steel boilers include integral pumps, built-in low water cut-offs, adjustable manual reset high limits, push-terminal wiring and a host of venting options.

In addition, the Buderus SSB residential boilers have the best price-performance and warranty in the market.  Below are some of the key features of the stainless steel boilers.

Venting Options:

•Included adapter allows connection to PVC, CPVC, stainless steel, PP, and PP-Flex (M&G   Duravent  PolyPro and Centrotherm Innoflue)
•Single pipe, two pipe or concentric venting
•Sealed combustion or room air intake
•Horizontal or vertical termination
•Maximum vent lengths per pipe is 50 ft (2"), 60 ft (3") or 80 ft (4")

Controls:

•Buderus Residential boilers are equipped with Manual Reset High Limit and LWCO (low water cut   off) with test button.
•The Buderus SSB boiler can easily be connected to a room thermostat.
•Multiple boilers (up to 8) can be connected in cascade for increased heating capacity.
•Add an outdoor air temperature sensor to the boiler for an outdoor reset supply temperature control   for increased fuel efficiency and comfort.

Bosch Buderus SSB85/120/160 Stainless Steel Condensing Boilers

Global Protankless Supply is pleased to announce we are now stocking and selling the commercial Bosch Buderus stainless steel condensing boilers.  There are 3 different BTU size boilers for most heating applications, SSB85, SSB120 and the SSB160.  The commercial boilers range from BTU sizes of 85,000, 120,000 and 160,000 BTU's.  Bosch Buderus Stainless Steel Boilers referred to as SSB are condensing hot water boiler(s), suitable for direct venting with natural gas. The SSB(s) shall be field convertible to LP.

Boiler(s) shall utilize a plasma welded 316L single tube stainless steel heat exchanger and burner tube with high quality condensing heating surfaces and patented laser perforated design to diffuse flames consistently throughout the length of the burner tube. Boiler(s) shall be constructed, tested and labeled in accordance with ASME Section IV and shall bear the ASME stamp. Boilers shall be CSA approved for USA and Canada and have an applicable Canadian Registration Number.

Boiler(s) shall be equipped with an integrated controller that shall monitor and control all combustion process functions, control of the boiler water temperature to a value required by the connected components and shall display current water temperatures or fault conditions with changes in operation status. Boiler(s) are designed for large residential, commercial and light industrial applications. The SSB(s) have an energy efficiency of 96%.
