Online registration is fast, easy and there is no paperwork to mail-in! On-line registration is required to claim your $75 Visa Card. Once successfully entered you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your promotion submission – this e-mail only confirms receipt of your submission – not approval. Be sure to have the following required information before starting your registration:
